Voucher Terms Dwor Bartnika - Gift Certificate Purchase Conditions
These terms and conditions govern the purchase, redemption and validity of Dwor Bartnika gift vouchers.
§1. Definitions
1. Voucher - a gift certificate of a specified monetary value, entitling the holder to book a stay at Dwor Bartnika.
2. Issuer - Dwor Bartnika, ul. Hajnowska 2/1, 17-220 Narewka, Poland.
3. Purchaser - a natural or legal person who purchases a voucher.
4. User - a person who redeems the voucher.
§2. Purchasing a voucher
1. Vouchers can be purchased at dworbartnika.pl/voucher.
2. Available values: 200, 300, 500, 1000 PLN and any amount from 20 PLN.
3. Payment is made online via PayNow.
4. After payment is received, the PDF voucher is sent to the provided email address.
5. For purchases from 200 PLN, metal card delivery is available (no additional fees).
§3. Voucher validity
1. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
2. After expiration, the voucher becomes invalid and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
3. The expiration date is visible on the PDF voucher and metal card.
§4. Redeeming the voucher
1. The voucher can only be used for booking through dworbartnika.pl/rezerwacja.
2. During booking, enter the voucher code in the appropriate field.
3. The voucher value is deducted from the total booking amount.
4. If the booking value exceeds the voucher value, the difference must be paid.
5. If the booking value is less than the voucher value, the unused portion remains available for future bookings (until expiration).
§5. Restrictions
1. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
2. The voucher is non-refundable.
3. Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotional codes.
4. One voucher can be used only once per booking (partial use is possible).
5. In case of losing the voucher code, it will not be restored.
§6. Transferring the voucher
1. The voucher can be transferred to another person.
2. Transferring the voucher means transferring all rights to redeem it.
3. The Issuer is not responsible for transferring the voucher to third parties.
§7. Complaints
1. Complaints regarding vouchers should be sent to: sapiolko@op.pl.
2. Complaints will be processed within 14 business days.
§8. Final provisions
1. The Issuer reserves the right to modify these terms.
2. Purchasing a voucher means acceptance of these terms.
3. Matters not regulated by these terms are governed by the Polish Civil Code.
