Reservation Terms

1. Reservations:

Reservations at Dwor Bartnika in Narewka can be made in person, by phone at 85 68 58 388, 721 90 70 00, by email: sapiolko@op.pl or via dworbartnika.pl

2. Hotel day

starts at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM.

3. Keys:

Each guest receives an electronic card serving as a room key. After 10:00 PM the building is locked, the entrance gate is closed. Departure is possible after reporting to the night guard.

4. Fees:

The fee for the stay minus the paid reservation fee is collected on the day of arrival. In case of early departure for reasons beyond our control, the collected stay fee is non-refundable.

5. Smoking:

For the comfort of you and our present and future guests, smoking is completely prohibited in the facility. Smoking is allowed outside the building.

6. Quiet Hours:

Please observe silence in rooms between 10 PM and 7 AM. The behavior of persons staying in rooms should not disturb the peaceful stay of other guests.

7. In the hotel part, it is forbidden to bring in and consume alcohol and food from outside.

8. Hotel staff duties:

We provide professional and courteous service, conditions for a peaceful and safe stay, maintaining confidentiality of guest information and proper functioning of technical equipment.

9. Deposit and cancellation:

Reservation requires a deposit of min. 30% of the stay value. Free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before arrival. After this date, the deposit is non-refundable. We treat each guest individually — please contact us if needed.

10. Pets:

Pets are welcome with prior notice. Fee: 50 PLN/night.

11. Right to Refuse Service:

We reserve the right to cancel reservations and refuse services in cases of violation of regulations, acting in bad faith, or in a manner threatening other guests, staff, or property. In such cases, payments made are non-refundable, and we may pursue compensation for damages.
