INFORMATION REGARDING PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING AT DWOR BARTNIKA

Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of:
a/ hotel room reservation (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR – consent of the data subject)
b/ performance of hotel service contract (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR – for the purpose of concluding a contract)
c/ handling inquiries submitted electronically (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR – consent of the data subject)
d/ sending information about offers and events (newsletter) – based on consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR)
e/ ensuring the safety of persons in the hotel by collecting the phone number of the person using hotel services (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR – legitimate interest)
f/ fulfillment of legal obligation (issuance of invoice for services) (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR).
Recipients of personal data may be:
a/ entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal provisions
b/ provider of hotel services reservation platform (if reservation is made through a reservation portal)
c/ online payment operator PayNow (mBank S.A.) – in case of electronic payments for reservations.
Personal data will be stored:
a/ regarding submitted inquiries – 30 days from the end of correspondence
b/ regarding reservations (including contact details, accompanying persons) – 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the stay took place (Polish Accounting Act requirement, Art. 74)
Your rights:
You have the right to request from the Controller access to personal data, their rectification, deletion or restriction of processing, as well as the right to data portability.
In case of data processing based on legitimate interest (e.g., analytics, security), you have the right to object to data processing (Art. 21 GDPR).
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
Providing personal data is voluntary , however, refusal to provide it may result in:
a/ refusal to provide hotel services
b/ refusal of reservation – in case of room reservation.
Your personal data will not be used for automated decision-making or profiling.
ELECTRONIC SERVICES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. General provisions
1.1. These terms and conditions define the rules for providing electronic services by DWOR BARTNIKA MARIA SAPIOŁKO through the website https://dworbartnika.pl.
1.2. Services include the possibility to submit inquiries through a contact form and make hotel room reservations online.
2. Conditions for using electronic services
2.1. To use the services, it is necessary to have a device with Internet access and an active email address.
2.2. The use of services is free of charge.
2.3. Guest may cancel the reservation by phone or electronically in accordance with specified deadlines, i.e. 7 days before arrival. The paid deposit is non-refundable, however please remember that we treat each Guest individually and with understanding, also considering our obligations.
3. Complaints about electronic services
3.1. Complaints regarding the website functioning or provided services can be submitted in writing to: ul. Hajnowska 2/1, 17-220 Narewka, or by email to the address provided on the website.
3.2. Complaints will be processed within 14 business days.
4. Final provisions
4.1. In matters not regulated by these terms and conditions, relevant provisions of law shall apply, in particular the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services.
4.2. The terms and conditions are effective from the date of their publication on the website.
